Legs Day Lockdown madness.

DAY ONE : Legs day is deffo not one to miss generally but especially now we are in Lockdown. generally an all rounder ๐Ÿ’ช Working mainly legs and ass but some great Core building upper body moves too. Warm up with “THE FLOSS” 20 x Kettlebell swings to Static lunge and press bent-over Rows and Flys for active rest 2 x 20 Rows & 2 x 8 fly’s
First challenge “Legs day” and even though is short and sweet, adding a new challenge daily you add all previous to the next day so by the end of the week you have a pretty intense workout. Designed Legs day challenge to suit most. Using household goods or professional weights as desired and required. You can make this as easy as you like or push out of your comfort zone. Feel free to ask questions. keeping spirits High and allowing the NO FUSS rule is a fantastic start. Give it a go! try to record it for fun and leave in comments for others to see! Next gloomy trip to the supermarket (feels like Sean of the dead) .. be safe protected and of course protect others.. You can pick up bags of fruit and veg that have a perfect weight e.g. sack of oranges 6 kg, tomatoes, 2kg, onions, 2kg I picked up in Mercadona and featured in the video above. Detergent bottle are great as kettle bells and water bottles too in all sizes, Rocks Rucksacks .. get excited! If you already have a couple of weighted objects and leg-weights Then bonus! are you in a position to invest in your journey and sanity?Could be beneficial over these next few challenging weeks. Leg weights are fab for right now as you can use on arms too and hold by the straps can be even more useful then dumbbells. I use Leg weights with clients who travel a lot and restricted by space and traveling allowance. Check the links below to get some. they will be a good friend of yours.. Do it! Let me inspire you. It’s all about taking what you need and maintaining a positive mind, body and soul ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ  Kettlebells are perhaps one of the most underrated Fitness tools. I remember my professor saying exactly that! I used to think they were just some ponsy fad and pretty technical, Technical they are indeed and fantastic.


A brilliant and attractive doorstop doorstop, But this is my number one for shredding fat, to sculpt, tone, elongate your muscles and make you feel incredibly powerful. They are fun and rewarding instantly, but takes a little time to feel at one with them. The dating phase is well worth it and you will feel strong and confidant with your very own by your side.   • Kettlebell swings(Russian) 3 x 20
  • Static lunge bicep curl to press each legs x 2 sets 8 press
  • Bent over row3 sets of 20
  • Bent-over Flyes 3 sets x 8 reps
  • Straight arm standing core (check the video)

Legs day is just a gentle start

Trust me it will get harder as the week goes on. To make the challenge even more exciting continue to add all the combos until we are SET FREE and the other side of Lockdown. Just imagine.…you will be ready for wearing practically nothing and right on time for summer 2020. ๐Ÿพ ๐Ÿคน ๐Ÿงœโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿงœโ€โ™‚๏ธ Jeez …what a funny feeling imagining the pure luxury of outdoors and lifestyle! Never again will I take advantage of what a beautiful paradise I live in . ๐Ÿคช ย ๐Ÿง—โ€โ™€๏ธ ๐ŸงŸโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐ŸงŸโ€โ™‚๏ธ Remember you can use just about anything and if you have a few packets of something try putting in pillow case if soft enough and always be careful of who is around and that you have enough space.
