To go deep is more then just a physical thing. These challenging times really give us a full frontal view of how we are really doing, who we really are and what we are capable of and more. Remaining Strong, Stable, and Motivated are strengths would be appreciated right now. Physical movement and Fitness motivation is so important right now (so so so so important) and crucial to maintain a stable environment and mental attitude. Do I choose to be H.A.P.P.Y or a sad sack? either way and what ever our long term out come from all this is. We still have some decisions we can make for ourselves. Take the power back πŸ€›πŸΏ πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ–•πŸ½ and get excited!
“ain’t no time like the present”
So often I hear , “yeah, but I don’t eat that much shit!” I only drink a few beers and only had 2 pieces of bread this morning, My cake was low fat etc… Fact is you are only fooling yourself. As cut throat as that may sound The same rules apply to everyone. Not just what your body looks like on the outside!

Guilty pleasures (processed goods)

Coffee pods (cappuccino) to be precise = fat assss , Cheese slices, lactose free! πŸ‘ˆ does not mean its good for you! just easier to digest! Processed cheese is full of E numbers, sugars, and lots of other things that confuse your digestion and slow it right down. Gluten free protein bars πŸ–• screw you Laura Jackson! soo much sugar and extra bollocks, You don’t need to even know what all that rubbish is .. it’s just rubbish. You can have so many other options plant based or natural.
Rewards are immense. when you feed your body good stuff you will feel like a brand new being. Like a super-hero!πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸŽ€ πŸ‘¨πŸΌβ€πŸŽ€
In my next blog I will cover the facts about “low fat foods, sin gluten and lactose” etc. The labels are so complicated and mess with your head. Its much more simple then you think. Knowledge is gold.
All shapes and sizes are cool and sexy, and so is making good decisions for your health and lifestyle.
Catching up with some of my big booty friends stuck over in the Dominican republic telling me they are funked because there is ZERO, income (as for many of us) but were chuffed to bits discovering if they stick a seed in the ground they will have a fruit tree and hundreds of pumpkins literally weeks later! .. ok a little exaggerated but they are grateful for the opportunity.

Potatoes are a great filler but too many during slow pace lockdown can be pile on some obvious pounds so try to keep startchy foods down unless you are training or moving as usual or more. I have noticed in the supermarkets not many have been going for fresh foods, all the tinned and processed goods have gone from the shelves and the berries are going off in the fridge? Seriously! Grab this little pockets of amazingness! Been stuck in and deprived of Vitamins will have a domino effect on all issues, weight gain, mental state, concentration and sleep. Since lockdown

I have been drinking Dolce Gusto coffee. Cappuccino capsules .. INSTANT BAT FASTARD. Cheese.. Instant FLABBER JABBER. sesame sugar bars … ?? Don’t be fooled but healthy words written on packets! Its processed, its packaged and tastes like heaven! INSTANT FATTY BOOM BOOM. being a little dramatic Wine, liquor cafe (Galician Medicine. Said to cure all sicknesses and “Corona virus” Speaking of “Galicia” here is their finest Dj and producer if i do say so myself. Some great music and Juan’s latest chart on Traxsource. Click here!Just these little things that wouldn’t usually touch the sides with my hyperactive lifestyle and constant running around have now shown me no mercy! I can feel it everywhere and I am training. Diet is at least 80% of everything. This week I have cut out the crappy coffee and will stick to my usual natural blend, cheese feasting to snacking with feta or goats cheese generally as its easier to digest and staying far away from hard cheese. Wine seems to be the winner of entertainment lately so will hold that one back for a little while longer!

Basically, what I am trying to say is .. learn to over come “mood cravings“. Get a little obsessed with yourself. Learn about your body and figure out a few things. I tend to base a lot for clients on the blood type diets. You can learn a lot about your digestive system. What your particular body system does well with or struggles and rejects.

I suffered a lot with allergies over the years, Pollen, olives, dust .. the most common, Yet my arms (scarms) as one of my pals would say.. 🀣 were constantly flared up from top to bottom.

Completely fed up and down about my sore and raw arms. I tried everything! I took a hair allergy test. Not my first test. Discovering I was Celiac just 4 years ago. It confirmed many and shockingly some others I would rather have not known about. E numbers, vanilla, chestnuts and caramel just to mention a few. The test would only give you the results if you were pretty allergic. Our body’s are incredible and don’t like to be mistreated. I was able to reset my system, my life was a bit pants and dull for a while. Couldn’t meet pals for tapas and even came off the wine for about 6 weeks to detox my liver. My scarms are no longer with me. This is a great time to take some tests , Checking in with yourself. Whats going on with you? Skin issues, Anxiety, tiredness, overweight, bloating, constipation, headaches? Even if you find you still don’t have time to do more ( I still don’t have enough time to pluck my eyebrows and my interesting new body armour .. YUM!) 🦍

You could do a complete body transformation by the time we are out of this madness!

Try to tackle one thing at a time. There are a variety of home tests you can take. I used the third test. Was simple and quick!

Make this a total shift for you.

Go deep creatively and be your own nurse. There are things we avoid and ignore until it’s too late or just cant be arsed any more. Don’t do it for anyone else. Do it for you!
