Remember you don’t need expensive professional weights to get fit or feel the burn, Be creative and use Tins, bottles with wet sand or bags of rice , sacks of fruits and Veg. Large detergent bottles make great kettlebells.In all honesty, today I have already shed a few tears and have the sensation of complete explosiveness with fear and frustration for not just me but imagining what others less fortunate will go through . Every morning, A group of us have a Yoga / meditation class with a great pal Paulina Zakrzewska A true yogi 🧘♀️ soul and guru. Look into what is going on and free groups to join. In Tarifa we have a few things, Fitness, wellbeing, singing lessons and reiki just to mention a few all hosted everyday by local members of our community to get everyone working together and keeping spirits high. This fantastic meeting software called “Zoom” allows a large group to all interact. It’s very clever once you understand it. Only one can be heard at a time. it detects the one with most activity and will respond. It works for little dinner gatherings too.. give it a go. If you can’t find anything like that going on start something ;💐Check it out. Taking you back to some ‘Old Skool‘. Family games > And if you have a garden or large enough house or terrace you could get some old skool playground gear like disco balls, pogo sticks or stilts. “Get it off your chest” really adds some burn to the previous 2 work outs. Tomorrow do all 3 again but quicker then you did before.and for day number 5 I will add a Toning section at the end and a really good stretch. Thanks for checking out my blogs x
